Sauber Panama

We Started with Cleaning. We Grew into Property Care.

About Sauber Panama

Sauber began as a residential and commercial cleaning company in Panama City. As clients kept asking us to take on more — small repairs, move-in prep, recurring maintenance, Airbnb turnovers between guests — the work grew with them. Today Sauber operates as a full property care and maintenance team: the people who show up, fix what's broken, and keep a property guest-ready, tenant-ready, and owner-worry-free.

Our Approach

8 years serving homes, offices, and rental properties in Panama
A trained, vetted team — not day-labor, not one-off contractors
One point of contact for everything from a light clean to a full maintenance contract

How we Work with Real Estate Partners

Sauber partners with real estate and property management agencies to handle the physical, on-the-ground work: cleaning, repairs, turnovers, and inspections.

They handle the transaction and the investment. We handle what happens at the property every day after that.

Values

Trust, earned on every visit

We're in people's homes, offices, and rental units when no one's watching. That's not something we ask clients to take on faith — every team member is vetted and trained before they ever walk into a property, and it's why so many of our clients give us a key.

Reliability over everything

A missed cleaning or a "we'll get to it next week" repair costs a host a booking and a homeowner their weekend. We show up when we say we will — that's the whole job, and it's the standard we hold the team to.

Respect for what isn't ours

It's someone else's home, someone else's things, someone else's investment. We treat every property the way we'd want ours treated — nothing moved without care, nothing handled carelessly, nothing left for the owner to notice and worry about.

Safe for families, pets, and the property itself

We use eco-friendly, pet-safe products as standard, not an upcharge. It's better for the people and animals living there, and better for finishes and surfaces over the long run.
